Today Kiki is happy to welcome back Nourished Founder and Natural Wellness Chef, Kathy Napleton, to touch upon the 5th and 6th core principles of Wellness. Our diet can be a real source of real health, and the more you move the more likely you are to enjoy a healthy body.
One particular reminder is the importance of your blood, also known as the life of the flesh. Movement, as you will learn, fosters the movement of blood and therefore carry nutrients throughout the body. PLUS, REBOUNDING is all the rage when you want movement to be easy and fun. Nasa has done significant research on rebounding, and you will want to try it. The YouTube video below explains:
